We cover the whole valley — the Strip corridor, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Spring Valley and Enterprise — and most calls are reached quickly because we dispatch from inside the valley rather than routing work out to whoever is cheapest that night. If you want the longer version of how we work, the story behind the shop explains it, and our approach to pricing and arrival times is written out rather than hidden.
What We Handle
Emergency Lockouts — Home, Car and Office
The most common call we get is someone standing next to a locked car with the keys visible on the seat. We open cars, houses and commercial doors without drilling wherever the hardware allows, because a destroyed lock turns a small bill into a replacement. Drilling is a last resort, not an opening move.
Car Key Replacement and Fob Programming
Losing the only key to a modern vehicle used to mean a tow to the dealership and a day without the car. We cut and program transponder keys and remote fobs on site for most makes, which is usually faster and cheaper than the dealer route. Bring proof of ownership — we ask every time, and we will not cut a key for a car you cannot show is yours.
Rekeying After a Move or a Lost Key
If you just closed on a house, you have no idea how many working keys exist for it. Rekeying keeps your existing hardware and changes what the key has to look like, so it costs far less than new locks and takes a fraction of the time. It is the first thing we suggest to anyone who has just moved or who has had a key walk off.
Commercial Locks, Master Keys and Exit Devices
Businesses need something different from houses: master key hierarchies so a manager's key opens what a shift lead's does not, panic hardware that satisfies an inspector, and file and cabinet locks that actually get used. We handle the full range and can talk through what each option costs to maintain before you commit to it.
Safes, Deadbolts and Hardware Upgrades
Not every job is an emergency. Plenty of our work is a homeowner who finally wants a deadbolt that does not rattle, or a safe that has not opened since it was inherited. Those jobs get scheduled at a normal hour at a normal rate.
Why People Call Us Back
The Price You Hear Is the Price You Pay
We quote before we start, not after the lock is open. The trick that gives this trade a bad name is a cheap phone quote followed by a much larger invoice once the customer has no leverage, and we do not do it. Several of the notes on our customer feedback page come down to exactly that one point.
Actually Open, Actually Overnight
Plenty of listings claim 24 hours and route you to voicemail after ten. Ours rings a person. If we cannot get to you in a reasonable window we will say so on the call rather than leave you waiting in a parking garage.
Non-Destructive Entry Wherever Possible
Picking, bypassing and proper automotive tools open most doors without damage. That matters most on rentals and new builds, where a drilled cylinder becomes a deposit argument later.
Serving the Las Vegas Valley
We work across Las Vegas proper, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley, Enterprise and Paradise. If you are not sure whether you are inside our range, call and ask — we would rather tell you honestly than send someone an hour away. You can also reach us through the contact page for anything that is not urgent.
